Répartie terms of use

Publisher
Répartie is published by Fedi GHALLOUSSI, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel, France) ([TO COMPLETE: address, contact email]).
The service
Répartie helps you practise for the TCF Canada: speaking with a virtual examiner, corrected writing, and reading and listening in the test format. Répartie is not affiliated with France Éducation international; “TCF” is a trademark of France Éducation international.
The levels, scores and verdicts shown are unofficial estimates, given as ranges. They guarantee neither a result nor a score at the TCF Canada, nor any immigration decision.
All our questions are original: we publish no real, leaked or “predicted” test questions.
Your account
An account is created without email or password; it stays on your phone. You can delete your account and data at any time from Profile.
Free and Premium
- Free: one diagnostic mini oral, one mock written test per week, one mock reading test and one mock listening test.
- Premium: all mock tests and detailed reports, within reasonable use (daily limits you will not notice in normal use, which protect the service).

- Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, at the prices shown in the app at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions (monthly, 3 months): renewed automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before, in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Free trial (3-month offer, for new subscribers eligible under the store’s rules): 7 days, 2 mock orals included; unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription is charged.
- 30-day pass: one-time payment, Premium access for 30 days, no renewal.
- Refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s rules.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: bypassing limits, automating requests, trying to access other people’s data, or submitting unlawful content. Your answers are treated as test answers, never as instructions.
Intellectual property
The app, questions, documents, audio and texts of Répartie belong to us. Your answers remain yours; you allow us to process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
The service is provided with care, without a guarantee of permanent availability. We cannot be held liable for the result you obtain at a test. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Changes and governing law
We will tell you in the app about any significant change. Governing law and jurisdiction: French law, competent French courts, without prejudice to the protective rules of the country where you live.
