Delete your Répartie account
You can delete your account and all your data at any time.
In the app
Open Profile → Delete my account and data, then confirm. Deletion is immediate.
Without the app
Write to [TO COMPLETE: email address] giving the account ID shown at the bottom of Profile: we delete the account within 30 days and confirm it to you. Your account is not tied to any email: without this ID, we cannot tell which account is yours. In any case, an account inactive for 6 months, with no current subscription, is deleted entirely and automatically.
What is deleted
- Your account, profile and consents.
- Your audio recordings, transcripts, copies, answers, reports and activity.
- Your purchase history with us, and your record at our subscription provider (RevenueCat).
Database backups expire within 7 days. A running subscription is cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings: deleting your Répartie account does not stop it.
